In less than three years since moving to Nashville, 100 Member Alex Sanders has made a major impact on the local commercial real estate scene. After relocating in 2023, Alex stepped into the CEO role at Pinnacle Development & Construction Partners and has been shaking things up ever since.

Guided by his mentor and fellow 100 Member Michael Carter, founder of Pinnacle, Alex has helped lead a powerful transformation of the firm. In 2025 alone, Pinnacle nearly tripled its workforce, launched new design and development arms, and fully integrated its operations – setting the stage for major growth.

With strong relationships across Nashville and several big projects in the pipeline, Alex spent 2025 building the foundation. With more announcements on the way, 2026 is shaping up to be a big year.
