Todd Downing, Tight Ends Coach for the Tennessee Titans, to establish a giving campaign on behalf of the Titans Tight Ends. He wanted the donations to go to a smaller nonprofit supporting youth in Nashville where the funds would be more impactful.

We have set up an online giving through PledgeIt which is used by athletes to raise money for a charity based on their gameday performance. Each time one of the tight ends scores a touchdown this football season, a donation will be made to the 100 KINGS! Coach Downing is donating $1,000 per touchdown and others are matching. He began the social media campaign last night and sent me a text that they were up to $2,200 per touchdown. We have also begun receiving one-time donations from the social media posting. So, let’s root for the Titans Tight Ends to score some touchdowns this season! 🙂
